QUESTIONS
Good questions.
Straight answers.
What Kosmo can do, how connected apps work,
and how you stay in control.
The basics
What can Kosmo do today?
Kosmo helps with everyday admin: researching with sources, answering questions about your files and photos, creating documents and spreadsheets, and running reminders and routines. With supported apps connected, you can also ask it to bring together information and actions across those services. It can use websites in its own browser for shopping, forms and bookings. Available app actions depend on your account, connections and permissions.
What does it cost?
Requesting early access is free. Pricing hasn't been announced yet.
What can it do without asking?
It can answer, research, read your files and make documents on its own. It asks before it spends money, sends your details, uploads your files, or posts or changes your accounts on a website. Spending always asks. For the others you can give standing permission under Ask me first in Settings, and some approval cards let you skip asking again for the rest of that chat.
Which websites and apps work?
Check Apps in Connections for the services enabled in your account. Kosmo connects supported apps; the actions available depend on the app and the permissions you grant. Browser tasks work separately, using public websites and saved website sign-ins. Some websites restrict automated access; Kosmo will tell you when you need to continue yourself. Displaying an app logo indicates compatibility, not a partnership or endorsement.
Where will I get reminders?
In Kosmo. Reminders and the results of your routines wait for you when you open it. Reminders on your phone are coming soon.
Where is my information stored and processed?
Your conversations, files, memories, knowledge and saved website sign-ins are stored in Australia. Connected-app sign-ins are handled separately by our integration provider in the United States. Model responses, web research and connected-app requests can involve processing outside Australia. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
What happens after I request access?
We read every request. When a place opens, we email you an invite code. You then create your account at app.kosmo.pulseee.ai, read and accept the terms, and start with a message.
Can I delete my information or close my account?
You can delete any chat, use temporary chats that are gone 24 hours after the last message, and ask Kosmo to forget anything it has learned. Deleting a chat keeps what Kosmo learned from it, so ask it to forget that too. Exporting your data and closing your account from Settings are coming soon.
Is Kosmo a person?
No. It is an AI agent, and it says so. It never pretends to be a person.
Shopping & sign-ins
Which stores does Kosmo integrate with?
Kosmo currently integrates with Coles, Woolworths and Amazon Australia to help with groceries and everyday shopping.
The actions available depend on the store and the access enabled in your account. You stay in control of spending.
Can it do my shopping?
It can use your supermarket's website in its own browser: sign in with the login you saved in Connections, fill the trolley from your list or meal plan, and mark any swaps. It stops and asks before it pays. Some websites don't let an automated browser in; when that happens, Kosmo says so.
Will it spend my money?
Only with your approval, every time. Payments and purchases in Ask me first is always on and cannot be switched off. Kosmo never types your card details: at checkout it hands you its browser, and you enter them and place the order yourself.
Does it know my passwords?
No. You save a website sign-in once in Connections, where it is kept in your own vault in Australia, and Kosmo signs in on the real website without the password going through the chat. It never asks for a password, a code or a card number in chat.
Does it stay signed in?
No. Kosmo signs in again each time it needs a website. If the site sends you a code, it asks you to take control and enter it.
What if a website asks if I'm human?
Kosmo never answers those checks itself. It asks you to take control, you answer the check, and you hand back.
What if it gets something wrong?
Before anything that matters it shows you what it is about to do, so you can say Not now. You can watch it work and take control at any moment, and everything it did is in your Activity.
Can I stop it halfway?
Yes. Press Stop on a reply, say Not now on any card, or take control of its browser. Nothing is paid for without your approval.
Control & privacy
Is Kosmo built on trusted infrastructure in Australia?
Yes. Kosmo is built on Microsoft Azure, with your conversations, files, memories, Knowledge and saved website sign-ins stored in Australia. Some connected-app sign-ins, AI processing and web research use services outside Australia. Our privacy policy explains where information is processed.
What does it know about me?
What you tell it and what it learns from your chats. Ask it what it remembers, and tell it to correct or forget anything, at any time. Passwords, keys and anything that looks like a secret are removed before anything is remembered.
Can I delete things?
Yes. Delete any chat whenever you like, or use a temporary chat, which is never remembered and is gone in 24 hours. Deleting a chat keeps what Kosmo learned from it, so ask Kosmo to forget that too.
Can I see what it did?
Yes. Everything it did is in your Activity, in plain words, and you can watch its browser live while it works.
